Applications to exchange teach in Canada for the 2017-18 school year and to exchange teach in Australia for the 2018 Calendar year will be available in late July. Applications will be due in December 2016. The full-year direct exchanges involve trading jobs and housing for an entire year with a teacher from another country. Minimum qualifications: 4 1/2 years of teaching experience, 3 years in the current school district (be non-probationary), 3 years since a previous exchange, a current Colorado educator license, and district/school approval.
